Director Of Operations

The Director of Operations leads regional and store operations for a portfolio of dozens of Quick Quack Car Wash locations, setting standards and driving performance across the region. This role supervises Regional Operations Leaders, holding them accountable to company policy, performance expectations, and Quick Quack's culture, while partnering cross-functionally to execute change at scale.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Champions Quick Quack's mission, vision, and values across the region(s) assigned.
• Sets performance objectives for Regional Operations Leaders and evaluates results against them.
• Uses data and financial statement analysis to identify outliers and drive rapid-improvement programs across the portfolio.
• Builds, influences, and delivers against financial forecasts and budgets for the region.
• Partners with peers and support teams/vendors on scalable initiatives that improve the customer and team member experience company-wide.
• Maintains a high standard for wash quality, team member experience, and customer experience across all stores.
• Recruits, develops, and retains a culture of smart, kind, and driven regional and store leaders.
• Leads a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-site workforce through scaled, sustained change.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience, with a proven record of revenue and EBITDA growth.
• Experience managing through a layer of leadership (leading leaders who lead frontline teams), not just direct frontline supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence outcomes without direct control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, SharePoint, or equivalent tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Regularly works outdoors in a loud, industrial environment; frequently in motion with physical demands including lifting (0–50 lbs.), bending, reaching, and stooping. Travel required: 50–75%.
