Survey Coordinator

Thoroughbred Title Services is seeking a Survey Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a critical role in keeping real estate transactions moving smoothly and on schedule. This position manages all survey?related activitiesfrom new orders and quotes to inspections and final deliverywhile serving as a key point of contact for clients, surveyors, vendors, and internal title teams. What Youll Do

As a Survey Coordinator, youll be at the center of the actionkeeping survey orders on track from request to completion.

• Coordinate survey orders for residential and commercial real estate transactions
• Serve as the primary liaison between surveyors, title teams, lenders, and clients
• Track orders, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Review completed surveys for accuracy and compliance with transaction requirements
• Resolve issues, follow up on outstanding items, and communicate updates proactively
• Maintain organized records within internal systems and ensure documentation is complete
• Support title and closing teams to keep transactions moving efficiently

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent knowledge and experience.

Wage: $23.08 - $26.44 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and experience.
