Litigation Associate

Remote People is partnering with a large, respected AmLaw 100 law firm to find a Litigation Associate for its high-profile Boston litigation team. The group is known for resourceful strategy, strong advocacy, and cross-disciplinary collaboration across pretrial, discovery, trial, and appellate work. What You'll Do Handle complex litigation matters from pretrial through trial and appeal Conduct legal research and draft briefs and other litigation documents Manage document production and discovery processes Support practice growth through business development activities, including contributing to articles and speaking engagements Collaborate closely with senior litigators on case strategy What You Bring J.D. or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school Admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts 4+ years of experience handling complex litigation matters Judicial clerkship experience a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong professionalism with clients and colleagues Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritize effectively Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Collaborative, team-oriented approach Schedule: Hybrid #J-18808-Ljbffr
