The responsibilities of the Director of Operations include managing the school office staff, ensuring smooth administrative operations, and overseeing student recruitment, admissions, and family engagement activities.

The Director acts as the main point of contact for hosting visitors and managing community relations.

They are also responsible for facility maintenance and development, creating and overseeing budgets, and applying cost-effective measures in all purchasing activities.

Logistics management is another critical area, involving planning for school trips, events, and family activities.
