Senior HRIS Analyst

To support HR management and improve processes, the full-time Senior HRIS Analyst will manage projects related to HRMS (Lawson/Oracle) system maintenance and enhancements while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage projects and process improvements to align HR and business objectives, ensuring timely and quality delivery Act as work-stream or systems lead in projects, collaborating with business users and technical teams to define scope and implement solutions Evaluate existing HRMS functionalities, recommend enhancements, and maintain system integrity through audits and troubleshooting support Required qualifications Six or more years of experience in HR, payroll, and HRIS management Extensive knowledge of HRMS components and application modules, particularly in Client/Server and web environments Proficiency in report writing using tools such as SQL, Crystal Reports, and Microsoft applications Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Preferred certifications include PMP, HRIP, or SHRM-CP
