• Location: Piedmont, SC
• Pay Rate: $25.29/hour
• Shift: Rotating schedule; substantial days off, including a week off each month

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment
• Ensure product quality standards
• Conduct scheduled maintenance
• Safely handle, package, and label materials
• Repair production line breaks
• Inspect fiber quality, set up production forms accurately

Ideal Candidate:

• Required:   Experience/training in manufacturing or mechanical processes, strong reliability, ability to work rotating shifts
• Commitment to workplace safety and product quality
• High attention to detail
