We are seeking a disciplined operator who protects the CEO's time, strengthens leadership alignment, and ensures the organization runs with clarity, accountability, and speed. The Chief of Staff is the connective tissue between the CEO, the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and the broader company, driving planning, follow through, communication, and operational maturity across all regions.This is a high trust, high tempo role in a fast moving, execution focused company. The person must be proactive, structured, and detail oriented, comfortable under pressure and shifting priorities, and able to drive accountability without politics.A defining requirement for this position is fluency with artificial intelligence tools. We expect the Chief of Staff to use AI daily as a force multiplier across research, analysis, drafting, project management, and executive communication. This is a must, not a nice to have.Key Responsibilities1. Executive Alignment and Operational RhythmOwn the CEO's operating cadence: weekly priorities, quarterly planning, follow-ups, and accountability loops.Ensure SLT members deliver on their commitments across planning, communication, and prioritization.Partner closely with the COO, CIO, CTO, and CFO to keep the company on track.2. Strategic Program ExecutionDrive cross functional initiatives across Cloud, Connectivity, Baremetal, AI Infrastructure, Revenue, and Technology.Keep major projects on schedule, including product launches, regional expansions, revenue acceleration plans, hiring pipelines, and KPI dashboards.Run execution frameworks such as EOS/L10 and OKRs/Rocks, tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing solutions to ensure successful completion.Translate the CEO's vision into clear action plans with deadlines and owners.3. Communication and Decision SupportPrepare executive briefs, investor decks, board notes, negotiation preparation, and customer insights.Act as a filter and amplifier for CEO communications, keeping them clear, structured, and timely.Strengthen internal communication frameworks, ensuring expectations and boundaries are explicit.Use AI-assisted drafting and analysis to raise the quality of communication and reduce turnaround time.4. Leadership and Culture StewardshipReinforce EdgeUno's core values: Earn it, Own it, Keep it simple, Be part of the solution, Do the right thing.Ensure leadership behaviors match expectations, especially around preparation, ownership, prioritization, and execution.Support performance rhythms through tools such as Lattice, including reviews, hiring loops, and SLT development.5. Special Projects and CEO LeverageLead research and due diligence for new markets, partnerships, M&A, and AI and data center expansions.Coordinate major events and strategic meetings such as ITW, Capacity, and YPO/OPM/SEP engagements.Build scalable processes as EdgeUno grows across Latin America and emerging markets.6. AI Enablement and ProductivityUse AI tools as a daily operating layer across research, drafting, summarization, data analysis, and meeting preparation.Design and refine AI assisted workflows that compress turnaround time, improve the quality of analysis and communication, and scale the output of the executive office.Identify opportunities to introduce AI tools and automation into executive and cross functional processes, and support their adoption across teams.Apply sound judgment and confidentiality when using AI, validating outputs and handling sensitive information with discretion.Required Experience and Qualifications8+ years in high growth tech, telecom, cloud, consulting, or similar high execution environments, including strategic, operational, or executive support experience.Operational or strategic leadership experience in Latin America.Proven track record of managing projects and driving cross-functional execution and strategic initiatives.Excellent executive communication skills across written, verbal, and analytical work.Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Spanish or Portuguese native, with fluent English required.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.AI Proficiency (Must Have)Demonstrated, hands on experience using AI tools in a professional context is a mandatory requirement for this role.Active use of large language models and AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot for drafting, analysis, and decision support.Familiarity with AI powered tools across the executive workflow, including research (Perplexity), meeting intelligence and note taking (Otter.ai, Fireflies.ai), knowledge and document management (Notion AI), and presentation building (Gamma).Ability to build AI assisted and automated workflows using tools such as Zapier or Make to connect systems and remove manual, repetitive work.Strong judgment on when and how to apply AI, including the ability to verify outputs, protect confidential information, and maintain quality control over anything AI helps produce.Ideal ProfileStructured thinker with strong emotional intelligence.Thrives under pressure and adapts fast.Direct communicator with excellent follow through.Drives accountability without politics.Trusted to represent the CEO and act on his behalf.High integrity, values driven, and grounded in discipline.Why This Role MattersEdgeUno is scaling.
