Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment
• Operate within an Epic EMR environment as part of an Epic conversion initiative
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly within the designated charting system

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Recent Epic and Cerner experience within the last 5 years, with proficiency in both systems
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Documented work history must include the charting system used for each position; if multiple EMR systems were used in a single role, dates clarifying usage of each system are required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Acute care facility experience
