Assistant Project Manager

Overview Richmond, VA - Full-time. The General Superintendent in heavy civil contracting is responsible for overseeing all field operations on large-scale site-development projects. This role provides leadership to superintendents, foremen, and craft personnel, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contract documents and quality standards. Responsibilities Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and owners to plan sequencing, manage resources, and resolve field issues efficiently.
