GRYD Youth Case Manager: Impact & Community Change

VOALA is seeking a Case Manager to deliver intensive case management for gang-involved youth and families affected by gang violence in Los Angeles. You will coordinate services, maintain caseloads, and ensure completion of plans. Responsibilities include assessments, planning, liaising with schools, law enforcement, and community partners, and conducting outreach.
