Youth Case Manager II: Community Impact & Growth

AltaMed Health Services in Los Angeles is hiring a Case Manager II to provide comprehensive case management and outreach to a diverse youth population. You will interview, assess, counsel, and coordinate services, while mentoring colleagues and volunteers as needed. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a social service field, at least 3 years of experience with underserved youth, and Spanish/English bilingual abilities preferred.
