Overview JCW is recruiting on behalf of a well-respected insurance carrier seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across customer service and clerical functions. This is a 6-month contract (with potential to extend) based near Princeton NJ. The role starts fully on-site, transitioning to a hybrid schedule once training is complete. Responsibilities Managing full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for customer service and clerical roles, from sourcing through offer Sourcing candidates via resume databases, job boards (including Indeed), and other talent channels Maintaining accurate candidate tracking and workflows within the ATS Conducting screening interviews and guiding candidates through each stage of the hiring process Partnering with hiring managers to align on role priorities and deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience Qualifications 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate or shared services environment Hands-on experience with a major ATS — Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo preferred Proficiency with resume databases and job boards (Indeed and similar platforms) Proficient in MS Office — Word, Outlook, Teams, and basic Excel #J-18808-Ljbffr
