Qualifications: Active Massachusetts Severe Disabilities Special Education certification (Moderate/Severe) required Prior experience in substantially separate or intensive special education classrooms is highly preferred Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Exceptional classroom management abilities and familiarity with evidence-based instructional strategies Responsibilities: Deliver individualized and small-group instruction based on IEPs in the ABLES program Adapt curriculum and materials to support students with severe and complex needs Implement positive behavior supports and specialized teaching techniques Collaborate closely with paraprofessionals, related service providers, and general education staff Maintain detailed progress documentation and participate in IEP meetings Foster engagement, encouragement, and growth for students and their families This position grants you the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with students and colleagues, while benefiting from a competitive weekly pay structure and comprehensive benefits.
