About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of People and Organizational Effectiveness to play a pivotal role in the strategic growth and development of the organization. This is a high-impact, builder-operator position focused on creating and implementing the people systems that will support the company's expansion and evolution. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with the executive team on all aspects of organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and talent management. A key aspect of the role is to design and protect the company's talent bar, ensuring that the hiring and development processes align with the high standards and culture the company is fostering. The role also involves leading change management, particularly in the context of modernizing the company's platform and operating model, and planning for the transition to direct employment in multiple countries. Applicants for the Head of People and Organizational Effectiveness role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in people, talent, HRBP, organizational effectiveness, or people operations leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building people systems, particularly in a high-growth, tech-enabled environment. Strong executive judgment, a strategic and hands-on approach, and the ability to operate with a business-first orientation are essential. The role requires a leader with a strong point of view on talent density, quality-of-hire, and leadership standards, as well as the ability to manage a multi-state workforce and lead teams across multiple countries. Experience in change management, particularly in the context of transitioning a workforce out of a co-employment model, is also a key requirement.
