About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Human Resources to join their global team. The successful candidate will be the most senior human capital leader, providing strategic counsel on talent, leadership effectiveness, succession, and people-related risk. This role is pivotal in exercising oversight of compensation, benefits, performance management, and core HR infrastructure, and will be positioned to balance strategic judgment with operational rigor to support the firm's growth and reinforce its culture. Responsibilities include aligning HR strategy with business objectives, acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, and leading HR transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years' experience in HR or people leadership within financial services, with a strong preference for buy-side experience, and a proven track record of operating at an enterprise level in close partnership with senior leadership. Applicants for the Head of Human Resources position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree or professional HR certification being a plus. The role requires a candidate with deep experience in leadership development, succession planning, workforce planning, performance management, and compensation and benefits. Strong business and financial acumen are essential, as is the ability to align people strategy with performance-driven operating models. The Head of HR will be expected to have executive presence, strong communication skills, and the credibility to influence senior leaders. A high level of discretion, resilience, and the ability to operate in demanding, high-accountability environments are also key qualifications for this role.
