Insurance Customer Service Representative
Location: Fairbanks, AK
Pay: $18–$21 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

A well-established insurance company is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and working in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers both in person and over the phone
• Enter customer information, process policy changes, and answer general questions
• Print, scan, and file documents
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front office
• Support additional clerical and administrative tasks as needed

Minimum Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
• Ability to pass a background check
• Drug-free work environment

Preferred Skills:
• Previous experience in the insurance industry
