Job Description
New Supply Chain Coordinator position. The role does not require a strong background in logistics or supply chain, but advanced Excel skills are essential.
\n \nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Responsible for sales reporting and analytics for the Sales Office \n
- Collect, enter, update, and maintain data in our proprietary database management system, including forecast information \n
- Standardize, create, manage, and deliver weekly business results reports and analysis to the Sales and Supply Chain teams, as well as customers \n
- Generate data visualizations to support business operations \n
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including finance and other business units, to achieve team objectives \n
- Follow established processes, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines \n
- Perform other assignments as needed \n
Skills and Qualifications:
\n- \n
- 1–3 years’ experience in a data analysis or similar role \n
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (required – candidates will be tested) \n
- Strong communication skills \n
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills \n
- Bilingual: English and Spanish \n
