3 consecutive 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, working 2 nights in the Emergency Department and 1 night in the Medical Surgical unit. Job Description A Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department provides crucial care in high-pressure situations. ER Nurses are responsible for assessing and stabilizing patients with life-threatening conditions, making quick, informed decisions on treatment. They must effectively communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team while providing emotional support. Responsibilities Provide immediate and efficient care to patients in the emergency department. Assess and stabilize patients with critical injuries or illnesses. Work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals. Deliver emotional support and communicate effectively with families. Maintain professional standards in a fast-paced environment. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification. Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred. Why ARMStaffing?
