Account Manager – Personal Lines We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Personal Lines team. Our service team plays a vital role in ensuring clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. Responsibilities Manage the entire account‑service process, market to carriers, prepare quotes and proposals. Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders. Check policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy. Issue EOIs. Assist with billing and invoicing issues. Manage high net wroth clients. Qualifications High school diploma or GED (college degree strongly preferred). 5+ years of related personal lines insurance experience within a brokerage environment. Experience with high net‑worth carriers strongly preferred (PURE, Cincinnati, AIG, Chubb/ACE and Nationwide Private Client). Currently licensed and in good standing. Confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization. Computer literate – Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. Salary The expected salary range for this position is $85,000 - $90,000k depending on geographical location and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
