Recording Document Specialist

Job Description We’re looking for a Recording Document Specialist to ensure accurate and timely submission of real estate documents on behalf of our valued clients. This role offers the opportunity to join a trusted leader in the real estate recording industry and make a significant impact. Minimum 2+ years of real estate recording experience required. What You’ll Do Document Review & Preparation: Examine real estate documents to ensure compliance with county‑specific requirements and government codes. Research & Accuracy: Use online county indexes to gather and verify critical information. Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing guidance and timely resolutions. Tracking & Reporting: Manage document modifications, track communications, and handle basic accounting and fee reconciliation for daily submissions. Collaborative Leadership: Provide training and support to colleagues, sharing industry expertise. Work hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Coast Time. Why Join Us? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities to prioritize high‑volume work and meet tight deadlines. What We Value A personable, positive attitude and professional demeanor. Dependability and consistent attendance. Flexibility to work scheduled hours between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
