Service Desk Technician

New Resources Consulting is searching for a Service Desk Technician. You will have the opportunity to work within a strong IT department and help users with hardware and software related tickets. Our client has a variety of projects in the works and is looking for an individual to make a difference. They are a team‑orientated company, open to new suggestions. The role is located in Milwaukee, WI and requires 3 days onsite. Desired Skills and Experience Provide outstanding client service using effective communication and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and fulfill requests. Troubleshoot and image PCs, printers, and mobile devices. Support Microsoft Windows O/S and Microsoft Office Suite. Not afraid to dive in and troubleshoot issues. Team player.
