Charlotte, North Carolina, United States About the job Remote Customer Experience Coordinator Overview We are seeking a Remote Customer Experience Coordinator in the Charlotte area to support clients in planning and organizing travel. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and delivering a positive, well-organized experience. In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for clients, assisting with questions, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing ongoing support before, during, and after travel. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, communicating clearly, and helping others create meaningful travel experiences. This opportunity offers flexible, remote work with access to training, tools, and mentorship. Prior experience in travel or customer service is helpful but not required.
