Food Service Cafe Manager needed for school food service in the Hampton, NJ area . Monday through Friday, 4 hours daily. No weekends or holidays. Summers off.Must be able to obtain proper documentation to work in schools. Food service experience needed. K-12 experience a plus.Duties to Include:Managing the operation on a daily basis.Cooking - food preparation, cooking a variety of foods, following recipes, portion control, production according to the NSLP guidelines.Ordering - Placing orders, inventory, assist in marketing promotions.POS/Register - assist workers with cash collection, follow record keeping procedures.Staffing - secure food service workers, and substitutesApply today!
