Customer Service Representative - Animal Emergency Clinic Location: Grand Terrace, CA. Part‑time position: evening, weekend and holiday shifts. Pay: $19–$21/hour, commensurate with experience. Animal Emergency Clinic (AEC) in Grand Terrace, CA, is an AAHA‑accredited emergency veterinary hospital serving the Inland Empire for over 50 years. The clinic operates overnight on weekdays and 24 hours on weekends, and is preparing to expand to 24/7 emergency services. As a walk‑in‑only emergency hospital, we do not schedule appointments. Every shift brings different cases, from critical traumas to urgent medical cases. The team must be ready to adapt quickly and remain calm, compassionate and organized. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and pets with empathy and professionalism Answer multi‑line phone system and triage calls Check patients in and out efficiently while maintaining accurate records Handle payments, estimates, and explain services clearly to clients Support clinical team by communicating effectively under pressure Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Schedule & Compensation Part‑time position: evening, weekend and holiday shifts required Pay range: $19–$21/hour, commensurate with experience Qualifications Experience in a veterinary setting, preferably urgent care or ER. A minimum of 1 year of general practice experience is acceptable.
