About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Client Accounting to oversee all accounting and treasury functions for its clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate financial management of a significant portfolio, including monthly and year-end close processes, client accounting packages, and leading annual audits. This role also involves ensuring regulatory compliance, managing 1099 generation, and overseeing treasury functions such as bank account management and cash flow planning. The VP will be a key leader, working closely with executive and client physician leadership, and must be adept at both internal and external collaboration and communication. Applicants for the Vice President, Client Accounting position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, with at least 15 years' of professional experience, and a minimum of 10 years' in a leadership role. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in the healthcare industry, particularly in value-based care, Medicare Advantage, and risk-sharing agreements.
