Work Environment\n

As a remote position, this role offers flexibility in scheduling while working primarily from the comfort of your home. We support various shift models, including 4x10 or 5x8 schedules, allowing you to manage your workload effectively between our operational hours of 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized psychotherapy and counseling for clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting therapeutic modalities to meet diverse needs.

• Conduct thorough interviews to collect, interpret, and synthesize information regarding clients’ social, personal, environmental, and health backgrounds.

• Assess and develop treatment plans for clients, addressing their unique challenges and facilitating problem-solving within the realm of mental and emotional well-being.

• Coordinate programs and activities that empower clients to achieve their social and emotional goals through supportive interventions.

• Manage crises effectively, utilizing short-term resolution strategies and making referrals to community resources as needed.

• Foster mutually respectful relationships with clients, ensuring a safe space for open dialogue and trust-building.

• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment services and adapt approaches based on client feedback and progress.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a wide range of mental health issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety disorders, substance abuse, grief, and relationship challenges. You will engage with a diverse clientele, helping them navigate their psychological barriers through personalized, integrated care approaches. Participation in a robust referral system ensures that clients receive comprehensive support tailored to their needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $85,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, this position is eligible for a sign-on bonus as part of our commitment to attracting top talent.
