We are looking for highly motivated, customer-oriented professionals looking to grow and consistently improve their skillset, with a minimum of 5 years' experience required-Journeyman preferred, growing company looking to use this opportunity to hire from within for future growth within the company. Job duties include high enthusiasm, respect and desire to be a team player, consistent delivery of excellent customer service using our proprietary service delivery system, learns and upholds our One Hour service system ethical views and procedures, stay actively engaged in continuous learning, stay open to coaching, and be a good team player. Provide best-in-class service value by performing complete safety inspections and diagnoses on every call, effectively communicate your recommended solutions for any failures or defects, along with those solutions that address the customer's wants and needs. Systematic, consistent, and accurate with paperwork, conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving, maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside.
