Brand Manager

Fast Growing Beauty Company is seeking a Brand Manager to join their team! The Brand Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of category and brand strategy across all channels to build strong, differentiated brands and drive business growth. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution at every consumer touch point across both core business and new product launches. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about building brands, energized by experimentation, grounded in data, and highly creative in developing strategies that grow awareness, engagement, and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of category and brand strategies across multiple channels. Own and manage a rolling product innovation calendar, driving timelines and cross-functional alignment throughout the product development process. Guide decision-making on portfolio evolution by leveraging consumer insights, market trends, competitive analysis, and product expertise. Own all aspects of brand management from initial concept through go-to-market execution, including concept briefs, positioning, messaging, copy, artwork, and competitive advantage. Establish brand positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with clear objectives across channels. Analyze performance metrics including sales, profitability, inventory, SKU productivity, and market data to generate actionable insights and inform future strategies. Develop recommendations, proposals, and strategic plans to support brand growth and category expansion. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and cross-functional collaboration to ensure launches are delivered on time and on brand. Drive and track projects with a strong understanding of the new product development process. Manage product and project tracking tools for weekly and daily business reviews. Partner with external vendors to manage, track, and evaluate samples, submissions, fact sheets, costs, and related information. Drive cross-functional collaboration across internal and external teams to support the NPD process and key brand initiatives. Help shape content and production strategies across channels to support brand objectives. Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, sales growth, profitability, and healthy stock levels. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. 5+ years of progressive, successful experience in product development and/or brand marketing. Demonstrated experience in a digital-first marketing environment, including social media, e-commerce, analytics, and online platforms. Experience working with major specialty retailers such as Sephora and Ulta is strongly preferred. Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and collaborate across cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision making. Deep understanding of market and consumer trends, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Experience partnering closely with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to develop innovative products supported by compelling storytelling and strong execution.
