We specialize in fire, water, smoke, and trauma restoration services, helping homeowners and businesses recover after unexpected disasters. We are looking for someone who is organized, trustworthy, and experienced in managing day-to-day financial operations in a fast-paced environment./ppResponsibilities/pulliManage accounts payable and accounts receivable/liliHandle customer collections and follow up on outstanding balances/liliProcess invoices, receipts, and vendor payments/liliReconcile bank and credit card statements/liliMaintain accurate financial records and job costing data/liliAssist with payroll processing and employee expense tracking/liliPrepare financial reports and support month-end closing/liliCommunicate professionally with customers regarding billing and payment status/liliWork directly with insurance carriers regarding claim payments, billing, and documentation/liliPrepare, track, and assist with lien filings when necessary/liliWork closely with management on budgeting and financial organization/liliMaintain confidentiality of financial and company information/li/ulpQualifications/pulliPrevious bookkeeping or accounting experience required/liliExperience with collections, receivables, and account management/liliPrevious experience filing liens and understanding lien deadlines/processes preferred/liliExperience working with insurance carriers and insurance claim billing preferred/liliExperience with QuickBooks (Desktop or Online preferred)/liliStrong attention to detail and organizational skills/liliAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines/liliProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/liliExperience in restoration, construction, or service industries is a strong plus/liliPositive attitude and ability to work independently/li/ulpWhat We Offer/pulliCompetitive pay based on experience/liliStable, full-time position/liliSupportive team environment/liliOpportunity for growth within the company/liliMeaningful work helping families and businesses recover after disasters/li/ulpCompensation: $25.00 per hour/p/div
