What You’ll Do As a Client Care Specialist, you’ll help ensure our clients receive exceptional care while supporting and mentoring caregivers in the field. Experience as an HHA or STNA Flexible availability between 8 AM – 6 PM Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps Ability to adapt quickly and build strong relationships with clients and caregivers Why Freedom Caregivers?
