Government Proposal Financial Analyst II Key Responsibilities Learn and follow the processes defined in Woodward’s Cost Estimating and Pricing manual. Develop and prepare FAR Part 15 compliant proposals, ensuring full compliance with the Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act (formerly TINA) when required. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather required data and insights for proposal development. Assist in interfacing with DCAA and DCMA during audits, providing requested documentation and explanations. Prepare responses to customer audit requests, ensuring clear communication and timely submission of required materials. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and compliance. Read and understand Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and Bills of Material (BOMs), while developing a working knowledge of manufacturing processes. Reporting Preparing pricing, cost analysis, and audit support reports, and communicating financial information clearly to internal teams, customers, and government audit personnel. Data Management Collecting, organizing, and maintaining proposals, pricing, and actual cost data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and traceability of supporting documentation.
