We also have digital products ranging from SEM, SEO, Social, Display, Email, Streaming etc. Launch Point is also the selling arm of the Tampa Bay Beacons and Tampa Bay Times including tbt Weekend and Bay Magazine.

Launch Point is seeking a full-time Media Sales Representative to drive digital and print advertising growth in Pinellas County. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing an existing book of accounts, and building strong partnerships within the local business community.

The ideal candidate is motivated, relationship-driven, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment spending time daily in their geographic territory while utilizing home and office workspaces as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new digital and print advertising opportunities
• Manage and grow a defined book of business within Pinellas County
• Develop strategic marketing programs tailored to client needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
• Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute effective advertising campaigns
• Meet or exceed revenue goals and market growth objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior media sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to prospect, negotiate, and close new business
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
• Experience working with CRM software
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license required
