Culligan is the world’s leading water expert, delivering high-quality water solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Office Manager to play a critical role in the daily operations of one of our branches.

This position is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing administrative oversight with customer and financial support, and can serve as a trusted operational partner to branch leadership.

What You’ll Do

As the Office Manager, you’ll ensure smooth office operations while supporting customers, staff, and leadership. Key responsibilities include:

Office & Administrative Leadership

• 
  

  Serve as the manager-on-duty as needed, ensuring consistent office coverage and support



• 
  

  Supervise front office and clerical staff, including scheduling, task assignments, coaching, performance feedback, and hiring support



• 
  

  Partner with the General Manager on billing reviews, expenditures, and budget considerations



• 
  

  Coordinate with field teams to support daily operational needs

Customer Support

• 
  

  Act as the escalation point for complex customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently



• 
  

  Handle inbound calls, sales lead follow-ups, work order reviews, discounts, and invoice accuracy



• 
  

  Support collections efforts as needed

Financial & Operational Support

• 
  

  Manage accounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments



• 
  

  Maintain accurate financial records and support audits and reporting



• 
  

  Monitor office processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance

IFS System Leadership

• 
  

  Serve as the branch expert for the IFS (Integrated Field Service) system



• 
  

  Train office staff on IFS best practices and updates



• 
  

  Partner with corporate and regional teams on system enhancements

Special Projects

• 
  

  Support and complete special projects and additional assignments as requested by leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)



• 
  

  2+ years of business office experience required; 3–5 years of office management, finance, or accounting experience preferred



• 
  

  Working knowledge of accounting, billing, collections, and expense management



• 
  

  Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills



• 
  

  Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage performance



• 
  

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office systems
