This role includes a variable regional travel requirement , estimated at 20%–50% per month depending on program needs. While telehealth services are also provided, you will primarily travel to support EMPOWER sites : New Bern Ahoskie All work-related travel is reimbursed via mileage pay , and, depending on cost-effectiveness, a travel vehicle may be provided . You’ll have flexibility to plan travel around program needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance . What You’ll Do Lead behavior support programs fostering family engagement & measurable growth. Conduct functional behavior assessments & develop Positive Behavior Support Plans. Train and mentor staff, DSPs, and supervisors in ABA best practices. Collaborate across service lines (EMPOWER, ICS, ABA) to maximize outcomes. Deliver in-service training & represent ESPH at professional conferences.
