Registered Behavior Technician

**Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)**

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, individualized behavior therapy to clients with developmental and/or behavioral challenges. This role is essential in helping clients develop the skills necessary to improve their quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
- Collect and record data on client progress as directed by the treatment plan.
- Utilize positive reinforcement strategies to encourage desired behaviors.
- Provide direct one-on-one in home services. 
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other team members to ensure treatment fidelity.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

**Qualifications:**
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- High school diploma or equivalent; a background in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Excellent observational and analytical skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
