Multiple positions are open for Special Education Teachers for the upcoming academic year. Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Minnesota teaching license in Special Education is required
• Experience working with diverse learners and collaborating in multidisciplinary teams
• Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with various grade levels and student needs
• Ability and willingness to share preferences for location or assignment flexibility
• Candidates who have worked in the district previously must be in good standing, with no past assignment conflicts

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver tailored instruction for students with a range of special education needs
• Create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with families and colleagues
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Collect and analyze student performance data to inform instruction and document progress
• Participate in professional development, team meetings, and school events
• Maintain regular, constructive communication with families, staff, and administration

Contract Details:

• Start date: As soon as possible; students begin September 8
• End date: June 11, 2027
• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• Over 10 roles available; locations to be determined—candidates may specify preferences
