Sales Leader Position

Bath Saver is currently in search of its next Sales Leader for our Bath Fitter office in Springfield, VA. We offer a great opportunity for a motivated and results driven manager with a proven track record of success in sales and sales management. Ranked in the top 10 every year for the last decade, we do $120+ million in sales across our multiple state market that reaches from the Mid-Atlantic through the Midwest. Each office has a local marketing manager and team that collaborates with you to ensure enough leads are supplied for the team. Customers are supported by our project manager and install teams at every step of the process. This allows our sales manager and sales representatives to focus on what they do best - sales and selling without the headache of generating your own leads or managing the after-sale. Our industry has grown to $350 billion nationally and is projected to increase 5% a year going forward. Changes in population and lifestyles are creating ever greater demand for our services. Our process is customer driven so they tell us what they want and we provide it. This position offers:

• $175,000++ per year potential
• Base, bonus and commission

Manager's responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire and train sales reps in accordance with market demand
• Motivate and develop talent through in-field observation, personal coaching and classroom training
• Conduct weekly sales and staff meetings that focus on improvement and performance
• Meet or exceed established sales quotas for the office
• Practice sound management in all aspects of business operation
• Interpersonal skills to work closely with support staff (Production Manager, Marketing Manager & Sales Administration Staff)
