Client Services Team Leader

Who You'll Work WithWe are looking for a Team Leader to supervise staff within the Call Center for AllianceBernstein’s Transfer Agency Operations. This person will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the team providing service to our shareholders, advisors, intermediary back offices and our firm’s sales force.The best candidate for this position will possess the proven ability to coach and develop staff, manage internal and external client relationships, handle escalated issues, problem solve, develop talent and improve processes within the department.
