Bar Manager

Overview: 404 Celsius is seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar team at our new Senoia location. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of bar operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of quality and service. Your leadership skills and knowledge of mixology will elevate our bar offerings and contribute to the success of our establishment. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth service during all shifts. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, controlling costs, and minimizing waste. Develop and implement bar policies and procedures to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Hire, train, and supervise bartenders and bar staff, fostering a positive work environment. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure staff are knowledgeable about drink recipes, service standards, and customer interaction. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff. Customer Experience: Create and maintain a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests. Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to deliver a seamless dining experience. Menu Development: Design and update the drink menu, including seasonal offerings and signature cocktails. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and innovative techniques to enhance the bar program. Conduct tastings and develop relationships with suppliers for quality beverage selections. Quality and Consistency: Ensure high standards of beverage preparation and presentation. Financial Acumen: Monitor bar revenue and expenses, implementing strategies to maximize profitability. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. Adaptability: Be able to respond to changing business needs and guest demands effectively. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in bar management or a supervisory role in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment. Leadership Skills: Strong team management abilities with a focus on mentorship and staff development. Mixology Knowledge: In-depth understanding of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and beverage trends.
