Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in San Diego, CA. The Customer Service Representative will handle client inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and ensure superior customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing professional and courteous service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, managing customer accounts, documenting interactions accurately, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs effectively.
