The Banksy Museum is seeking an energetic, charismatic, and knowledgeable Street Art Tour Guide to lead engaging, entertaining, and educational tours through one of the world's largest collections of Banksy-inspired artwork. This position is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, contemporary art, urban culture, and connecting with people from around the world. As a Tour Guide, you will bring the artwork to life by sharing the history of Banksy, the evolution of street art, and the social, political, and cultural messages behind the work. You will create memorable experiences that inspire visitors of all ages while representing the museum with professionalism, enthusiasm, and creativity. Responsibilities Lead engaging guided tours for groups ranging from individuals to large private parties and school groups. Present the history of Banksy, street art, and graffiti culture in an entertaining and informative manner. Adapt presentations to audiences of different ages, backgrounds, and interests. Answer visitor questions accurately while encouraging discussion and participation. Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Assist with special events, VIP tours, educational programs, and museum programming. Stay informed about new exhibitions, artists, and developments in the street art world. Ensure tours begin and end on schedule while maintaining an enjoyable pace. Promote museum memberships, upcoming events, and special programs when appropriate. Assist guests with wayfinding and general museum information. Qualifications Passion for art, street art, contemporary culture, or history. Outstanding public speaking and storytelling abilities. Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking confidently to groups of all sizes. Ability to memorize tour content while making each tour feel natural and engaging. Previous experience in museums, tourism, theater, education, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Weekend, holiday, and evening availability is preferred.
