The Opportunity This isn't a role where you’ll be stuck in a library doing research all day. From day one, you will be an integral part of the defense team, handling diverse matters involving general liability, professional malpractice, and complex torts. Key Responsibilities Case Management: Handle all phases of litigation from inception through resolution/trial. Drafting: Prepare high-level pleadings, motions, and legal memorandums. Discovery: Conduct and defend depositions and manage the discovery process. Court Appearances: Represent clients in New York State and Federal courts for conferences and arguments. Strategy: Collaborate with senior partners to develop innovative defense strategies for high-stakes claims. Who You Are The Credentials: J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to practice (or pending admission) in Arizona. The Experience: Experienced Attorneys are always welcome to apply. My client is also willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and a passion for litigation. The Skills: Exceptional writing and analytical skills are a must.
