Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Previous experience or strong interest in a school-based setting
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Dedication to supporting diverse student populations

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement customized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insights and documentation on student progress
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in professional development activities and support school-wide initiatives
