Banquet Captain

Job Description Hotel: Allen Courtyard, 210 East Stacy Rd, Allen, TX 75002 Position: Full time Banquet Manager Compensation Range: $18.50 – $19.00 (actual pay may vary based on experience, skills, and location) Responsibilities Lead the setup and breakdown of banquet events with precision—clean linens, polished silverware, and chip-free china. Coordinate service flow to ensure meals are served smoothly and on time. Guide and motivate the banquet team to deliver top‑notch guest experiences from coffee breaks to full‑service dinners. Handle audio‑visual setup and troubleshooting. Assist with scheduling, training, and inventory to keep operations running efficiently. Qualifications Customer service experience. At least 6 months of banquet food service experience. Leadership potential or experience. Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete within 90 days).
