We are currently hiring dependable, safety-focused Forklift Operators for opportunities in both Medford and Ashland. These positions involve moving, organizing, loading, and preparing materials in fast-paced warehouse or production environments.

Warehouse Assistant Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.00 to $18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday )
- Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, products, and supplies.
- Move materials between production, warehouse, and storage areas.
- Organize inventory and maintain clean, orderly workspaces.
- Verify product quantities and inspect materials for damage.
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report safety concerns. Follow all workplace safety and production procedures.
Warehouse Assistant Qualifications:
- Previous forklift or material-handling experience minimum 1 year required.
- Strong attention to safety, detail, and accuracy.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
