Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time contract opportunity begins in August 2026 and runs through May 2027, providing support to learners in a supportive educational environment. You’ll serve a diverse student population and collaborate with educators to help students achieve their fullest potential.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current license or eligibility for licensure in the state as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Commitment to supporting children of all abilities with a positive, solution-focused approach
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, educators, and families
• Eager to adapt to the unique needs of individual students and flexible in approach

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in grades K-12, targeting academic, behavioral, and functional goals
• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP accommodations and classroom objectives
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and family members to integrate therapy into educational programming
• Maintain thorough documentation and meet required compliance standards
• Attend relevant IEP meetings, offering expertise to optimize student outcomes
• Engage in professional development and actively contribute to a collaborative school environment
