Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, onsite contract role is based near Frostproof, FL, and starts in August 2026, continuing through May 2027. Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Prior experience delivering services in a K-12 school setting preferred
• Knowledge of IEP processes and progress monitoring
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite as part of a multidisciplinary team

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs
• Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans in alignment with students' IEPs
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to team decisions, and provide progress updates
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and caregivers to support student goals
• Offer direct and consultative therapy services across a diverse caseload, spanning K-12
• Maintain clear documentation in accordance with school and district requirements
