Work Environment

You will be working onsite in a cutting-edge rehabilitation center that offers a supportive and dynamic work environment. The full-time schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for work-life balance. Our clinic is equipped with modern therapy equipment and tools, and you will work alongside a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and recognize patients' objectives and specific requirements to tailor individualized treatment plans.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring each patient receives dedicated attention.
• Implement cost-effective therapy modalities to improve patients' range of motion and functional mobility.
• Provide non-surgical treatment options, minimizing reliance on medications through holistic approaches.
• Design and execute comprehensive rehabilitation programs using diverse therapeutic techniques.
• Encourage and motivate patients actively throughout their treatment journey to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress using EMR systems like WebPT.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to optimize patient care.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, adjust plans as needed, and maintain ongoing communication with patients regarding their progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain disorders. This includes individuals seeking rehabilitation after sports injuries, joint replacements, and other musculoskeletal trauma. Your role will be critical in guiding these patients from post-operative phases back to full functional capability, improving their quality of life and promoting independence.

Qualifications

• A Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design.
• No record of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and the ability to implement them in diverse clinical scenarios.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient physical therapy setting is highly preferred.
• Comfort and proficiency in utilizing EMR software, particularly WebPT, for patient documentation.
• Experience collaborating in a team-based healthcare setting with other professionals.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
