As an Insurance Sales Representative , you will build relationships with new customers, educate clients on their insurance options, and help families find great insurance solutions. You'll receive warm leads, hands-on training, mentorship, and the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, including one work-from-home day with additional remote flexibility available through consistent sales performance. This opportunity offers a clear path to sales management, life insurance sales, agency ownership, and corporate opportunities.

• $36,000 base salary with first-year earnings of $60,000 to $80,000; top earners make $100,000+
• Hybrid schedule with one work-from-home day and additional remote flexibility based on performance
• Monday-Friday schedule, flexible hours of either 8-3:30 p.m. or 9:30- 5 p.m.
