As a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to critically ill patients. You will be responsible for a variety of nursing care procedures, ensuring that each patient receives personalized and compassionate care. This position primarily serves the ICU but may require floating to the Emergency Department, Med/Surg, or Pediatrics during low census periods. Provide nursing care to critically ill patients in a 5-bed ICU Support inpatient care and recovery for post-op general surgery, pediatric, and OB patients Adhere to doctors' orders, standards of care, and hospital policies Work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Maintain and update patient records and care plans Requirements: Need 3 years experience in ICU setting Associate Degree in Nursing Current valid unrestricted Professional Nursing License (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 6 months of hire Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) certification within 6 months of hire National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification within 6 months of hire COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply) Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
